How sharing works
You own trips you create. Can Edit lets that person change itinerary information, but never manage sharing. See Expenses reveals expenses, settlement information and booking costs. Shared users continue receiving your latest trip updates even when editing is turned off. If they are new to MyTripCaddy, your share can invite them into the app as a normal User. When they create their own trip, they own it and have full normal-user features. App administrators still control overall MyTripCaddy access.
